Epsy is a helmet design targeting children with epilepsy. Because the child is forced to wear a helmet the majority of the time the helmet was developed to allow the helmet to be customized.
The helmet has two layers: the bottom protective visor layer that is always worn and a top level. The top level can be changed and new designs can be bought. The design incorporates holes around the ear and top part to allow sound and air through. The bottom layer is made from thick shock-resistant materials and the top layer is made using a transparent acrylic material.
