Vcup looks like a cone, there is a dismountable corrugated paper ring round it, you may hold the ring lightly even the cup full of hot liquid as the ring can insulate the heat, on the other hand, the ring will become a cup holder when you turn it over, which will increase the contact area between table and bottom of the cup, so the cup will become more steadily no matter it holds drink or not.
