There are some shortcomings involved in the traditional cubboard. For example, only one side of the cutboard can be used to keep clean, raw food and cooked food can not be operated separately, and water on the board is not easy to erase. The Standing cutboard is designed based on the tumbler. One side of the cutboard is shaped in column, and filled with appropriate weight. The space between cutboard with the operating platform admits the lower side to be clean. So that, both sides of the cutboard can be used. It would stand up when not in use and the water on it would flow down automatically, so as to keep the board dry and clean.
