When taking a bath in winter, the bathroom is always full of mist which fogs the mirror, because the temperature of the mirror is lower than that of the steam, which condenses the mirror.
"Warm mirror" is a fog-free mirror, with water pipes surrounding the back of the mirror. When the temperature of the mirror gets higher, it won't condense, because the temperature difference is reduced, so the mirror will stay fog-free.
