+Wind is a set of conceptual design of urban transportation system that covers every corner of the vast system, thus improving its efficiency and lowering its energy consumption. It functions as an electric bicycle while moving but serves as wind power generator engine when placed on its charging station. The design of the blades meets the aerodynamic requirement and its folding capacity helps the system to fully function.
