This is a kind of city supplementary energy-offer facility, using the temperature difference between road surface and deep earth to generate electricity. It can be linked to other public electro-facilities to relieve electricity-using pressure. The greater temperature difference there is, the more power supply it will generate.
The whole facility is seperated into overground and underground two parts.A LED light and air touch surface are set on top of it, along with earth touch surface on bottom. It is based on on the principle of Seebeck effect in the same way as thermoelectric batteries.
