One Step / Universal design

One Step
One Step

If there is no one around you to help press the elevator's button, what you would try to do? Considering your foot as the third hand is the most natural way. It just like acting on instinct.

All you need to do is going forward one step. Stepping on the icon put on the floor, the button of the elevator will be lighten up at the same time. The elevator's voice system starts, too, asking you which floor to stop by. After you speak out the number, the button of that floor will be lighten up inside the elevator and the number showed up on the interface outside. You would never worry about pressing the button while both hands are occupied.
