RAVi / Reading Assistant Device

RAVi
RAVi

People with visual impairment and blindness often have difficulties to get access to the information on printed document either in public spaces or at home. although there are devices already available on contemporary market, these devices are often very expensive and less portable. The potential market for an affordable, multi-functional, and portable reading assistant device is therefore huge.

RAVi is a unique reading assistant device specially designed fro people with visual disabilities. It enables the user to quickly get access to the contents on printed document by translating the scanned texts into Braille tactile or audio format.
