Deaf and mute people can not speak, only though the sign language (hand sign) to communicate with common people, their social network was very small, so they just only be trapped in each other's life group(deaf people group), but they usually can learn the lip language naturally by observation the common people speak , they have strong lip-reading ability. Then they can do the right lip outline like common people.
Therefore, based on lips Images recognition to identify the deaf's lip outline, and converted to speech words, therefore deaf people also can speak and communication with common people.
