It is unsanitary if someone uses the same cutting board to cut raw and cooked foods.The board has two sides and it is attached with food labels, making it easier for users to identify which side should be use.Both sides of the cutting board is specially designed and supported with a pole gap.User just need to pull out,convert,and reinsert to use the other side.The user can gently sweep away the food onto the plate where it is store in the space below the chopping board.They can install the cutting board base on their liking.The cutting board is made of logs so that it is practical and environmentally friendly.
