On occasion of the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 hair specialist Schwarzkopf and main sponsor of the event built a mobile "hair temple" on the south side of Düsseldorf's Königsallee. The conceptual design by Karl Lagerfeld was architecturally realized by HPP Architects. Into being came a three-storey mobile pop-up store of 300 m², which communicates the brand mainly by the illuminated facade, consisting of 60 light elements. On this silhouettes of the "Music Lovers" photo exhibition are displayed, related to the iconic logo of the Schwarzkopf brand.
