This is a driver-monitoring seatbelt that automatically alerts the driver when it believes the driver is dozing off by checking his body state, thereby preventing accidents. Dozing off at the wheel results in a very high risk of an accident, but it is difficult for the driver to stop because it is a natural, physiological condition. For a few minutes before the driver dozes off, his pulse and breathing rate changes. The sensor attached to the seat belt inspects the driver's pulse and analyzes his ECG. If it senses that the driver isn't in a normal state, there is automatic vibration and music.
