Accomodation cabin / Temporary accomodation

Accomodation cabin
Accomodation cabin

The objective of this design is to create a self sustaining accommodation cabin, which is energy efficient, and stand alone. Its uses vary but for this purpose it is a cabin for a scientist experimenting in a remote area for a period between 1 to 12 months. The strength of this design is in splitting the conventional 8 by 3m box with a bellows system to increase the internal area. By bending the box, it connects with other boxes to create a sense of community in a remote area.
