When we hold an umbrella in crowds, rains often flow down from all sides of umbrella and are likely to fall on the others around you, causing unnecessary troubles. This design can perfectly solve this problem. A bar is added around the umbrella to make a water groove. When rains fall on the umbrella, they will go to the water groove on which an outlet is made, so that all the rains on the umbrella will flow out from this outlet. The position of the outlet is determined by the fastener of umbrella.
