Growing Knowledge

Like the plants grow in the botanical garden, also the visitors' knowledge about the botanic grows. Consequently the slogan called “Growing Knowledge” and the layout principle based on a “Growing Design". The result is a dynamic system of proportion which is flexible and corresponds to the nature. The single layout elements like grid, type and logo supported on the Fibonacci numbers, which appear in biological settings such as a fern. The growing type reflects the flora and forms variable information hierarchies by different font sizes. The beholder can decide to read just the important information or to study the detailed content.
