Straps of the existed public transportation are suitable for the average height of adults. Recently, the height of straps is different for short people or children. But, those straps are also regulated, so it’s also inconvenient not to use strap for individual position.
For straps of the existed public transportation, one string folded in half is hung to the stick. If pulling one side of string, the string folded in half will be unfolded and become one string. Therefore, the length will become longer twice. User can make the strap in front of him longer or shorter.
