iF concept design award

“Nadelwerk” is a new type of needlework tools designed to preserve traditional handicraft techniques. They are flexible in use and have a high tolerance for error to afford added value. Bayonet joints for interchangeable cables and sizes, color codes and ergonomic handles guarantee not only pleasant and intuitive use – they can also be handled more easily by people with physical limitations. These tools are environmentally friendly because they are made of the recycled remainders of precious wood, thus conserving important resources. All components are replaceable. Aluminum parts reduce the weight to be gentle on delicate or painful joints.
