Grasshopper Breeder / Grasshopper Breeder

Grasshopper Breeder
Grasshopper Breeder

The FAO is currently demonstrating an edible insect industry in Laos. Insects are now becoming one of the more eco-friendly, and space conserving methods of creating food source. This product allows individual households to grow edible grasshoppers. The box contains soil where grasshoppers can lay their eggs. The owners can supply grass and water with a replaceable container. There is a collecting vessel with a light at the top of the cage. Only the grown grasshopper can fly up to the top. When the adult grasshoppers gather in the collecting vessel, all one has to do is take them to the kitchen.
