Wind Turbines generate power by wind, but it is observed that ample solar energy is also available on the places where they are installed. Solar Channel Wind Turbine is designed such that it has a channel which traps and directs wind to the turbines, thereby increasing efficiency of the turbines. No initial starting torque is required and continuous rotation of the magnetically levitated turbine takes place. The Channel itself has solar panels which generates power from solar energy. In short, Channel helps in increasing the efficiency of wind energy generation as well as harnessing energy from the Sun.
