When rescuing on water, rescuing personnel may lose his/her life due to the cause of lost stamina or physical strength. As such, time is often the key to a successful mission. This design concept provides a solution by allowing both sides of a safety raft to be seated if it capsizes. In this manner, safety of personal and an efficient rescue can be ensured.
