We can drink a glass of water as exactly as we want it. But the blind should put their fingers in the glass. It's very dangerous if the water is hot and this measuring way is changeable by size, shape of containers. What I made this device-level measuring instrument for the blind is for keeping personal hygiene and preventing from getting scalded. This device uses three types of principal of flotation, cylinder and braille. First, put the braille balls as much as your quantity of water. Second, braille balls is going up by floating, you can measure the dent using fingers. Third, separate this balls from cylinder and wash them hygienicly.
