GrowGreen / food waste disposer

GrowGreen
GrowGreen

GrowGreen is a food waste disposal system for local apartments in Korea including public and personal bins, emphasizing on eco-friendliness, easy access, and pleasant experience for users. Disposable bins made or biodegradable material (PLA) come in three different shades, each indicating where the recycled waste will be reused: energy, animal feed, and compost. Users can easily throw these away in the public bin without being exposed to odor or infectious germs. Stacking them in the public bin grows a tree, giving users positive experience. This also reminds users that they are taking part in the process of recycling food waste.
