This is a twist cap of a medicine bottle which holds liquids. Usually, the dosage of medicinal liquids for children and for adults varies much. When pouring the liquids into the twist cap, people can control the dosage by visual marks settled inside the cap along the twist, namely smaller orange dot represents the limited dosage line for children and the bigger one for adults. Obviously, albeit sometimes the error of the dosage is tiny, it may result in a vital consequence as it may even kill a child. Thats why this design really matters.
