Edge Pan / frying pan

Edge Pan

When cooking with a fry pan, the ingredients in the center of the pan get cooked first. People then tend to put those cooked ones to the rim of the pan not to make them overcooked or burn. Against this backdrop, Edge Pan has an edge unlike any other regular pans. Edge parts are to keep the cooked food aside and to move them to the dish more easily.
