Sushi has a great tradition in Japanese cuisine, but it is a relatively new food to western cultures. Foreign food types have lifecycles: they arrive through specialty restaurants, then their popularity is spread through fast food chains, and finally form part of our home cooking repertoire. This brings new needs for users, like portability, storage, cleaning and the experience of eating. Gestures and emotions that go with Sushi were identified for this concept that allows you to take Sushi anywhere with you. It features confined space for two sushi rolls, a soya sauce cup and two plastic chopsticks that snap into the lid.
