When visually handicapped students learn languages, a dictionary is absolutely needed but they find it almost impossible to look up existing book-based dictionaries, so I designed a digital dictionary to help such students study a foreign language. This product is a language learning device to help them search for meanings and pronunciations of unfamiliar words found while studying a foreign language with a Braille book. This learning device enables them to concentrate on studying a foreign language more conveniently.
