Making a cup of coffee needs cultivation, collection, roasting and brewing, every process is important for the quality of coffee. But people always notice the fragrant of coffee and forget that one coffee bean will release three times CO2 larger than one bean after roasting.
‘’4C-Roasting coffee’’ can gather CO2 which release from roasting coffee beans. CO2 can destroy mould and prevent food from corruption without refrigerator. Using collection to reach the purpose of carbon reduction.
