Raptor / disabled-sport equipment

Raptor
Raptor

Raptor is a piece of sports equipment for disabled people. It can be used independently and has its own aesthetical motion.
The user is sitting in a waterproof bag which is mounted on a frame and can be individually adapted. Additionally he is fastened with a neoprene belt at the basket.
The cornering is controlled by a steering lever and the center of gravity is displaced to the inside of the corner at the same time. Those levers are removable and can be used by the athlete for the locomotion on plane surfaces. By replugging them, he can lift himself up together with the seating basket and is able to use a chairlift.
