Traditional dessert knives could only spread one jam at one time. When people want to have different jam, it will be troublesome that they need to clean or have another one.
Therefore, in this process design we used the principle to change the function of dessert knife.
Using Scraper curettage dirty and plus adsorption of sponge made cleaning knife become easy and convenient that no need to change a new one. Having delicious food could also be favorable without any troubles.
