‧The wind, the green, and the recycle of rain water

Wind turbines are installed on the upper parts of the spiral structure. The wind is used to pump water to high places for watering vegetation on the slopes of the spiral structures. Rain water is collected through slopes and stored in the pond, as well as to provide the most environment friendly power to drive the city and the island to the bright future. The three sails, like leaves of a tree spiraling around the mast, are rooted deeply into the earth. The green on the ground extends its ecological power through the mild slopes of the spirals to reach height in the sky.
