Don't Eat, Don't Kill / Poster

Don't Eat, Don't Kill

During the war period, Japanese ate whale’s meat due to the shortage of other meats. However, they no longer suffer the lack of meat, but they still keep eating whale’s meat. Some of whale species are now endangered. If we can stop people from eating whales’ meat, these whales will be free from this catastrophe. This poster, “Don’t Eat, Don’t Kill,” tries to convey this message by transforming the shape of lips into the shape of whale’s tail, and by exaggerating the size of red chopsticks to indicate how greedy those people are.
