Eco Trash Can Feel

Is it possible to recycle solid waste and meanwhile conduct carbon capture and sequestration? Eco Trash Can Feel is fascinating street furniture that can automatically sort solid waste through bar-code sensors and capture carbon through the Algae Basin at the bottom of the device. The algae can be rotated by the force of the air to keep energetic to capture carbon. The process also creates an interesting interactive scenario between the device and people. The energy is supplied by a photovoltaic system on the roof to provide the power for sensors, waste compression, and night lighting. The algae can also be reused as the source of bio-fuel.
