While using a computer at home or at your office. unconsciously develop bad posture. We put a lot of strain on our necks which hold the heaviest part of our body, the head. This causes our muscles to tighten and, if not corrected, can create neck problems.
When taking a break, we hang the headphones on our necks. Why not put a Silicon Band on the head phones and on the inside of the band we can place an interchangeable infrared lamp. So next time you take a break, you can get infrared light therapy too.
