It measures the users anxiety levels. When the wearer shows signs of anxiousness, CALM starts pulsating as a soft heartbeat. The rhythm reminds the user to breathe slowly and stay focused, making it easier to stop anxiety attacks.
CALM registers the anxiety levels and transfers it to a designated software. The software then proposes a personalized training program on how to defeat the anxiety using for instance mental exercises and relaxation techniques.
