The Water-line is essentially a long tube extending from our planet's surface into space.
It can serve as a mass transportation system for moving people & payloads between Earth and space.
Water-line is a zero-emissions transportation to space & a mass-transit system for future
whereas it doesn't need to any fuel for example it is like that unloose a ball under water
or a bleb in water, well you know that it goes up , hence we just need a balloon of air witch it goes up
with no fuel or other kind of energy .
