In a buffet restaurant, people can not taste food in a common dish as they usually do it since the source of other food in the common dish soaks into it.
As the solution for the problem, several segments which have a different volume from each other are made in a dish using uplift on the bottom of the dish and the food can be put along its volume. In addition, the hole is bored in the center of a dish to hold a cup or a soup bowl without which it was inconvenient to carry it.
The new material named triton is used to improve the fragility and reduce the weight of the dish which was made of ceramic.
