It is a system that produces the raw material for paper production from banana fiber used in the creation of crafts.
The current system is slow and also unsafe with the possibility of accidents, seeks to create an efficient product, improving quality and reducing manufacturing time and overstressed.
It is unknown a non-handmade process that uses banana fiber, thus, based on the production system of the Cooperativa de Jovens Artesãos de Pau da Lima, Salvador-BA. The product comprises a single machine four stages for the production of paper: grinding, cooking, liquefy and wash the trunk of the banana and its components to make the pulp.
