Old books from the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century are the source for a series of jewlery.
We extract images from these books and transfer them through a special technique onto handmade ceramics. Thereby we create jewlery that tells about the small details in the world that surrounds us.
We use old laser printers which work with a toner with a high amount of iron, transfer the prints with a heat transfer foil onto the ceramics and then fuse the print into the glaze at 950 degrees.
