Due to the sometimes ferocious sea wind, trash bins in coastal areas often fall
down to the ground. This new trash bin simulates the streamlines of fish and has
a shaft in the center. When strong wind comes, the trash bin will adjust itself to
the position of least resistance towards the wind. This function can effectively
forestall the leak of trash or the breaking down of the trash bin itself.
