Due to fast food culture, obese population grows radically in our society. Hence, new diet with Slow Food philosophy is necessary. A set of innovative tableware, including a spoon with a smaller cavity, a fork with shorter and curve dents, a set of chopsticks with bended front parts, and a knife with less serrate parts, is created in order to induce intuitive operations for the users. The new designs conduct the users eat slowly and could help obsess population to reform their eating behavior and then reshape their figures healthily.
