Estação / Dish drainer

Estação
Estação

The Estação dish drainer was developed with new kitchens in mind, where space is key and no material can be wasted.
Its forms were inspired in those of São Paulo’s subway stations, a symbol of urban dynamism. Bamboo was chosen as the main material, because it’s renewable, can be cut after three year after planted and it is also is antibacterial; and by using router cutting technique, the material loss is reduced to its maximum.
