Flight attendants who are serving in the narrow aisle push or drag serving cart when mealtime starts. Ruptured disk is one of the most common of occupational disease in flight attendants. It is said that flight attendants feel inconvenience when serving in narrow aisle of economy seat. Most of them suffer from the ruptured disk even after they quit the job. Rotation system of Smart cart has been designed to roll the food inside when pushing button attached on the side of the cart. The food will come up to the top of the cart and flight attendants can serve the food with ease without bending body to pick up the food.
