The ordinary microwave oven usually requires a flat bottom for the pan, so as to increase the touching and heating area. This design is composed of many energy contacts that can be arranged by pressure. So that, different shape of pan can all be satisfied. This can not only heat the pan evenly, but also make use of energy effectively. The touching area between oven and pan determines the number of active energy contacts, that is, big pan causes big heating area. This makes the oven suitable for all type of ovens. At the same time, energy is exploited fully.
