Deedz Omafiets / Dutchbike Vol. 2.0

Deedz Omafiets
Deedz Omafiets

This work is a new representation of the Dutch bike. Whilst maintaining its character by having its passenger sit in an upright position, it receives a facelift by dissolving the fragmented bicycle frame. The calligraphic alignment provides the bike with a focal point. By leaving off the seat tube, the frame acquires a homogeneous appearance. This design gives the Dutch bike a more dynamic and ethereal feel and provides a unique frame. The Dutch bike Vol. 2.0 is a bike for design conscious people willing to push the boundaries of a classic.
