Waiting... / Textinstallation

Instead of facing the problems, many people make themselves comfortable in their melancholic lethargy. They always talk about annoying things but they donŽt change anything. The feeling of senselessness reflects in the installation. In a dark room is a labyrinth made of long paperstripes, hanging from the ceiling. The background of the communication-installation was a part of the book „Waiting for Godot“ from Beckett. In the whole book the discussion go in circles. Every single phrase of the chosen passage repeats again&again on the stripes. There is no direction, no target. You move physically but donŽt do a step in your mental development.
