This design concept is to provides two main functions, Sauce and sashimi plate. With the spatial gap design on the dish surface the sauce can be stored and served.Moreover, the right angle sharp corner formed by the gap works as a fence and level for sashimi saucing. Using the ceramic material the styling design is not only elegant but also easy for cleaning and functioning, that revolves the traditional image of the sashimi dish design.
