The Little Mermaid / Recreation

The Little Mermaid
The Little Mermaid

The Little Mermaid is an inflatable water toy for wheelchair-bound children who cannot use their legs freely.

The Little Mermaid allows all children to play in the water, where they can enjoy fun at the same level. The child moves The Little Mermaid forward in the water by turning the wheel with their hands. This action provides exercise for the arms and aids muscle development. The gentle movement of the legs in the water could also aid physical rehabilitation if appropriate. The child can play independently of adult help, and build their confidence and social skills at the same time.
