Halcyon is a utility trailer designed to minimize risk of cancer occurrence for fire fighters by preventing intake, contamination and spread of carcinogenic toxin particles after attending fire scene.
It is used after attending a fire scene as a resting, cleaning and storage facility for the equipment, which are contaminated with toxin particles such as asbestos, to prevent spread into trucks and stations. By implementing feasible and practical technologies, it is designed to remove at least 99.97% of airborne particles and kill bacteria on the contaminated equipment without the need of water or washing detergents, removing odors as well.
