This idea (begin with keep our sensitive) connects with question about “why mud flat has no benches?”
Mud flat is life of local resident and place of experience something amazing for tourists. They need safe place when have to some rest while enjoying large mud flat.

In other words, they need safe and comfortable benches that maintaining their “SENSITIVE”. Mud flat space have many tourists in daytime. On the contrary to this, in night time people cannot enjoy night sight because of rising tide. This bench that considering previous mentions can be rest area for people in various parts of the mud flat, can be safe area when rising tide.
