Light Folding offers a new type of illumination using and new possibilities for emergency such as blackout . For effortless preparation for emergency situations, I propose an emergency tool that can also fit into everyday life.

Blackout cannot always be predicted, when it happens you have to ransack the house for the emergency torch when you need it. Light Folding is ordinarily used be a lampshade, allowing to be as a torch when a blackout occurs.

The torch’s internal batteries are recharged during the normal use of the lampshade
(made of flexible material). LEDs are fitted at the sheet of the Light Folding.
